The promoters will operate a customer care services centres that will oversee the customer and drivers concerns. The customer centre will have a toll-free hotline to enable users of the applications get support whenever needed and will operate twenty-four hours. Furthermore, the system will allow rating of drivers as a way of feedback from the customers and drivers as well will rate the passengers so as to understand how the two accepts the company services and areas of improvement.
